OPTIMIZED SWING ARM

The Swing arm assembled with the engine and the rear wheel has been optimized for weight reduction using an AI tool called Generative Design.

Using this tool many optimized designs are created and also each design is analyzed individually. Where based on the results the best design has been selected.

By using generative design method, the weight is reduced up to 43%.

In this study two designs has been produced, one is before optimization and another one is after optimization of Swing arm.
